The quest of Quests

Well I have been kinda disconnected from the rest of the world over the past week. My sister was in a car wreck and been trying to help her feel better. Been working a lot and school. Been kinda of a boring average week until Tuesday. That was by far the greatest day I have had in a long time. I don’t know it’s totally changed since last Thursday. And all I can say is WooHoo! When people used to ask me Hey how you doing Tristan I would say. “ehhh” “No complaints ehh” Now it’s “Great how are you?” or “Awesome thanks for asking” Or just a “Sweet”. Thank You to that wonderful person.

It’s been weird over the past week I have had this amazing energy and this really great feeling of being happy and content that just seems to have grown exponetialy since Tuesday. My Cell phone use has jumped dramatically. For the first time in over a year it’s like wow I get a lot of use out of it now.

But last night I had my first experience with a Mango from the guidance of a wonderful young lady suggested I try one. I found the texture to be a bit odd. Very stringy I got it caught in my teeth but I had an amazing time talking to her while having a Juice, Mango and Turkey Cranberry Sandwich. If you haven’t had a Turkey Cranberry Sandwich you are so missing out. They are like heaven. But she got me turned onto the idea of a Guava. I went to a few grocery stores around the area and had no luck in finding any so my taste buds go unanswered in their call for a Guava.

I think that is all for now.

New Friends. New Teacher. Blogging!

Well looks like I have a new best friend. Who is coming from Florida =). dialup-4.234.250.149.Dial1.Miami1.Level3.net is their name. I must say that this user is by far one of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure to know.

Anyways Tonight is Visual Basic.net Advanced Programming. Hooray my teacher I guess got in a skiing accident so we get this new one. Kwan is Gone and Evans is ummmm In =) Nothing cool rhymes with Evans. Anyways I am off to class if you want to say Hello the proper channels are open for people to contact me if your so enclined.

Anyways it’s a day filled with some smiles and anyways hope all is well with the rest of the world. I am off to destroy some packets on the schools network. Armed with my pixel destroying cannon and unleashing a damn of packet flooding I will control it all.

Mwa ha ha.

Edit: Well okay the teacher is a female and she actually speaks english. Her name is Tanya Fuller and she is actually talkting about the concepts. We are talking about Relational Databases and OMG we can understand that. Ahh the wonderful Miami1.Level3 commented. There is always a smile behind that. Time to get back to actually learning something.

Excuse any spelling errors a pack of Rabbit Ninja’s decided to invade the webserver and take over control of the spelling of most of the words. ;-)

The Great Mac Switch of September

Well I have been using my Mac since Late September of 04. I bought a 15” Powerbook and it’s a heavenly machine. I must say the mac platform is the way to go. Most kids at school see me pull out my Mac and they freak out. I get made fun of when I am there playing Solitare being told it’s the latest release on Mac. I play a lot of classic games like Descent II or old NES or SNES games via emulation. But Windows is losing my marketshare. The way things keep going for Mac’s and Apple I can’t see it do nothing but greatness. I should film a switch commercial if they still do that but if I were to do one i think mine would be most like this guys Gianni Jacklone I feel the same way he does. I sometimes like to think of this cartoon also Macintosh is Iceland! From Ubergeek.tv.

I just thought I would take a slacking off break and post about how great Mac’s are. Back to work now. Smiles for all today.

Weekend of Labor

Ahh I love audioblogging feature it’s so much fun. Or perhaps it isn’t. Today I went out to my grandpa’s place and layed and poured foundation for a new hot they are installing. Which was a good deal of work lol. It was a nice day out so I didn’t mind to much and I got payed for it. Work was just hectic damn nice weather sometimes.

Anyways had some good phone calls this weekend it was great past few days I have been incredibly happy. Just been in a great mood. If you want to experience some of it give me a call or a hookup with e-mail. But anyways that’s all for now I guess.

Busy Week ahead of me.

Audio into the Void

This was just a random audio post with a few details of what has been going on. So Yeah enjoy it in all it’s 24Kbps Mono Audio Bliss.

Journey into FM Radio

Well since I bought my new car I have been forced into two options. 1. CD’s and 2. FM Radio. Not my favorite two options I would rather have iPod and Satellite Radio. I stopped service on two of my Satellite Radio’s until I get them installed in the new car. But anyways I haven’t listened to this much FM in many years. But Seattle offers a few decent stations they have Z89.5 which is a Techno/Dance/Electronica Station but I have found that the playlist is very limited and out dated. They were playing VooDoo and Serrano - Blood is Pumpin a song that was released in 2000 or 2001 as a brand new released track. Granted VooDoo and Serrano did release a greatest hits album in June 2004 but still. I have called into the station making a few requests and most of the time I get told we don’t have that. Or it doesn’t exist. One of my favorite songs is Deepest Blue - Give it Away. They told me it isn’t a valid song they never made that song. XM Radio played it all the time on U-Pop Channel 29 and BPM XM 81. Sirius played it on The Beat 66 and Area 63 channel 63. One decent thing is Z89.5 doesn’t have commercials. I give them props for being FM and not having any.

The Buzz 100.7 talk radio for Guys I used to listen to this channel back in High School for Tom Leykis. I give this station a listen now and then when I have a long drive yesterdays topic was Faking Cell Phone calls it was funny as hell. Made for some good radio. To many commercials I had to keep switching over to CD’s which I am getting tired of burning new ones all the time.

Then there is 107.7 The End. My favorite channel in High School I used to stay up till 11pm so I could hear the top 10 at 10 and then me and Preston would go talk about how crazy it was. And we would wake up every morning to Andy Savage and hearing his morning prank phone call and just hearing the Seattle Area happenings. I keep flipping over to it and either hearing a commercial or some crappy song I have no real desire to listen to. It will be a happy day the day I get XM, Sirius and my iPod back in the car.

This audio post says it all I was driving down the road heading home from school. Saw a teenagers car with two cop cars searching it and they pulled out two ziplock backs filled with green substance. Ahh I had to post the audio at the time. It was a good laugh.

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

I have in my posession the Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith Trailer for the very first showing on May 18th at 11:59pm! Yes I am a star wars fanatic and I will be seeing the first showing of the “final and last” Star Wars. I will be out with the rest of my fellow Star Wars Nerds seeing the first showing of the PG-13 Rated Star Wars where we get to see Anakin go to the Dark Side. Funny it comes out 1 day before my Birthday which is May 20th.

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith looks to be very action packed and I am in posession of the 720p HD Version of the trailer recorded off an HD TIVO on my laptop and I try to screen it whenever someone asks about star wars. iTunes has the prerelease of the single off the soundtrack. Battle of the Heroes - Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith Single if you got 99cents + tax check it out. Or preview 30 seconds for free.

I am to excited about this movie! It’s been 2 years in the waiting! Anyways wanted to save this post for after midnight so it looks like I have posted everday. ;-)

Digital Thoughts

Digital Thoughts. I have this outlet to post pretty much anything I would I can say or do anything with this online journal. I have my rants and I have my pointless thoughts. Those don’t really get so much response. But when I talk about personal thoughts everyone really seems to dig those. I try to keep things somewhat private but get personal at the same time.

I have had a few mistakes happen when I said something and some people have took it the wrong way which isn’t what I have meant to happen but it does. I like these new people coming here to comment. It’s kinda cool that this way people can find me with common interests.

I have a MySpace.com Profile but not really my thing I like the blogger community. The Picture I have on MySpace is about 6-7 years old. Odd I think it is maybe only 5 years old. I think I took that in 2000. But Myspace It just seems like on there the more annoying colors, sounds, videos, pictures you have on there the more popular you are on there. I have it so people can look me up if they wish. I met Sarah on there went on a date with her and got the whole friends thing so yeah. I’ve done the online thing before met a girl from Indiana and dated her for a few years. It was a good and bad at the same time. Kinda Ironic the first two people met off the internet were both named Andrea, both were Tall, Both were Blonde, Both had Blue Eyes. But the Andrea that is local is by far a much neater person. But glad to have her as a friend.

Ugh I might not go to school this summer with gas being close to $3 or $3+ from what I am reading. What is funny from an article I was reading in USA Today Bush’s approval rating was down to 40% as the gas went up. But I guess even when Carter was president with Gas lines he had an approval rating back then of 29% when there was a horde on gas. Anyways I guess that’s all I have to say for now =)

But eh the whole online chatting thing is cool and I am down for talking to my fellow Bloggers that stop by and leave comments I like getting comments. I added the feature tonight of my IM screen names.

Which are the following.

MSN Messanger: tristanpipo@hotmail.com

I will be tweaking with the code for the graphics to make things a bit more streamlined. But anways thanks for

Childhood Memory!

When I was a young lad I remember my favorite toys, show, and Atari 2600 Game were Ghostbusters! I was in love with this show. Here is the old show intro The Real Ghostbusters TV Intro I remember hearing that they made the TV show cartoon from the movie. And would beg my parents to get this movie for me. I couldn’t see it until I turned 9 I was so crushed. I remember I had all the action figures. Egon was the hardest to find at any toy store. They were always sold out of him. I had the ghostbusters hq where you could put slime on the top and it would run down slowly and it was great coolness. I remember before I got this why did the action figures have holes in their feet. It was because the pole they slide down in the HQ had pegs for the holes in the feet I was like sweet! I spent hours and hours playing with these toys. I remember going over to the kids house across the street and we would watch it every day at 4:30pm and it was an obsession. We had the car and the proton packs and we would dress up and run around the neighboor hood putting out ghost traps.

Ahh being young I miss those days. I remember the first time I saw the movie I didn’t really understand it. But I watch it on a semi frequent basis now when it’s on TV or when I have the desire to pop in the DVD.

But just thought I would share a bit of my childhood obession with the ghostbusters when I was younger. Sometimes we forget about stuff like that. I must say though cartoons back then will never match what they are now. I used to really love The Jetsons, Inspector Gadget, Super Mario Brothers Super Show. They all were awesome!
