New Years Audio

this is an audio post - click to play

Well I recorded some audio for New Years. Nothing really witty said here. Kinda of a calm New Years nothign really big. I purchased some champagne and me and Jason shook it up and we made cheap chamagne fly all over the yard of Ed's house at midnight. Had a swig and that was all of my New Years Drinking.

So we are in 2005 Now. Jan 13th will mark be as being a full time resident of WA state. Now I could go to a real school if I decide to go.

Happy New Years Everyone. Thanks to all those who made it special. I miss talking to some of you that I lost contact with. And to that one person I really miss hearing from you. We hit it off great and now there has been nothing let me know what's up.

New Years Countdown. Audio Soon

Day Off Middle of Week

I seldom get a day off in the middle of the week so tomorrow is going to be very chill. Going to go fix Jason's computer cause I installed an unlegit copy of Windows XP Pro cause they lost their Windows XP Home Disks and all I had was an unlegit version of Windows XP Pro to give them.

How come people that are total strangers especially females turn to me for advice. Do I just have that personality of being easy to talk to. Today Steph a girl I work with was having a bad day and I was just sitting there and she just started spilling the beans about her relationship with her sister. I didn't ask but somehow I managed to bring a smile back to her face which I notice I get from a lot of people. I guess it would be a gift. It's not something I ever ask about or pressure to help people. I can just say how's it going and people just can sense how mild mannered I am and I can make people instantly feel better about whatever is bothering them in the few short minutes that I have with someone. Hitch Seems to have the same ability that I do. ;-) Except for the dancing lol

So I was listening to my new XM SkyFi2 and heard a song that I really enjoyed it's Eric Prydz Call on Me. Availble from iTunes Here
Call On Me (Radio Edit)

and I was wondering if he had a music video for this song. Which to my suprise they did. Now what could you possibly expect for a Dance Music Video well I must say when I showed it to all my guy friends all I got for a response from Jerimiah, Jason, Pete, Mike England, and Kevin was "OMG" Call on Me Video It's Not Safe For Work and Broadband is Required. There is no nudity but a lot of stuff is implied. The only girl at the time I discovered this video that would have any appreciation for it was Salena and she said it was "Fucking Awesome" So anyways legally get the song from iTunes and download the video in low res from that link. I went on Limewire and grabbed a DVD Rip of it.

Well it's short and sweet tonight. Tomorrow will be a fun day going to fix Jason's computer and then Aimee asked if we could hang out and I saw nothing wrong with hanging out with an old friend so that is my day in a nutshell. Maybe we will go see Meet the Fockers. Meet the Parents was awesome hopefully this will be a good flick. That is why we should go see the Matinee. =)

Today Dec 26th

Spent the day waking up at my parents and then we watched the lovely Deanna open presents since she didn't make it out to my aunts yesterday and then we went over to my dad's house. That was a fun time got a drinking game chess set. All the pieces are little shot glasses. Since I became 21 every gift is drinking related hmmmm. I still got a Hawaiin Lei or Lay or whatever of booze that I haven't touched yet. I did try the Saki they got me not exactly my bag but at least I know from now on. I got a $15 Red Robin Gift card from a lady at work and the caption since I was never able to buy you a drink for your 21st. Everybody must think I am some kind of drinking machine. I am educated about drinks I have read all the Bar guids and what's in drinks so I guess people think I must drink a lot. Truth be told I have only been drunk 3 times since my 21st.. My 21st (Of Course Your an Idiot Once), 4th of July Party, and Darin's Landlords Wife's Birthday Party. So far my drinking habits are just chilling and if I have a beer around I might have one perhaps. I have to drive most of the time so I tend to choose being sober over having any drinks. Can't say so much for the rest of my friends but hey whatever makes them happy.

Anyways I was going to spend my gift cards and cash I was given today at the local Best Buy. Since I was lucky enough to still be an employee at Best Buy (This is just beyond Funny) and was eligble for the Intel Retail Program. I get this motherboard Intel Desktop Board D915PBL and this Processor Intel® Pentium® 4 processor 550 supporting HT Technology Rounding out at 3.4ghz. Which is about 1ghz faster then my current setup. And the motherboard is amazing PCI Express Instead of AGP, Four DDR2 Slots for up to 4GB of RAM at 533mhz, Four SATA Ports and 1 IDE for Floppy Drives and 1 for a DVD Burner or CD Burner. Also to top the deal off a full version of Windows XP Pro Normally this deal would cost $959. But since I am a Best Buy Employee (Not) But Best Buy told Intel that I was so I got this deal for $200.

Now I told people at work about it and most of the responses were "I Hate You" or "Dude Go Fuck Yourself" or "WHATTTTTT!" So this leads me into a new project. Will bring my total to 2 Desktop Computers and 1 Laptop. Now people like to ask why do you need so many. I always like to answer why not. Take my old one and make it into a Music File Server with Linux. Or maybe I could get Two World of Warcraft Account and play one on my laptop and the other on my new creation.

Get to do Case Mod's again. ReDo all the wiring. Good way to fill some time until that one person comes back in Feb. Now I just have to decide if I should buy RAM, HDD, VIDEO CARD with my Best Buy Cash or use that on DVD's and just order everything from NewEgg

Such a Day. Maybe I could post Photos of this new creation. I should come up with a name for it. Perhaps something like Skeletor or TMan. Cause my current setup is TPipoMac and TPipoPC. But just to keep the naming conventions in tact I will just go With TPipoPC1 and TPipoPC2 ahh so many choices that will all come later.

Alrighty Enough with this Nerd Post. =)

Christmas!

Well it is almost over and it was a great christmas! Except that I forgot my sisters gift at home like an idiot but we got that taken care of. Anyways the XM Radio gave us the tunes thanks to Sunny XM 24 for the Classical Christmas Thanks to my Brand new SkyFi2. Had a few drinks and some fudge everything was great and merry.

Hope everyone got what they had wanted now just have to make plans for New Years. I was just thinking I have never kissed a girl on New Years Eve because when I had a girlfriend I was always here in Seattle on New Years last year I was still a little attached to kiss the girl I wanted to. Well maybe this year will be different that one person is on vacation which is a bit Ironic oh well perhaps another "kissless" New Years.

Happy Holidays! Everyone Happy New Years!

Happy Holidays From the Voice of Tristan Crappy Phone Quality Though. Presented in Wonderful Mono.

Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Thanks for visiting my blog over the past year and hope I keep you coming back for all the wonderful updates of Tristan. I have found out my parents now visit this blog I wonder how they found. Probably Googled me or something. Google and Yahoo seem to hit my site the most for Searches.

I hope everyone gets what they want would love to hear from everyone. I will post an audioblog after this one. Happy Holidays!

Wireless Update

Well I am up here in Port Angeles, WA waiting to pick up my sister and take her to our aunts house to spend Christmas Eve. There is a Hotel across the street that has wireless internet so I just tapped into that. People really need to secure this stuff I could do some dangerous stuff. Stuff I have discovered finding Wireless networks is as follows.

I was driving around one night and saw a lovely bunch of houses and thought I would pull in and see what they had to offer as far as Wireless Internet. I found one network that was open and I turned off all my sharing options so I wouldn't even be seen on their network I love a BSD Based OS ;-). And I found this folder called pictures that was not protected and I opened it up and they were organized Family, Daughter, Daughters Friends. I thought WTF Daughters friends and it was all pics of his daughters friends in skimpy clothes or their underwear. From slumber parties or other events. I thought to myself WTF Sicko people out there. I would never let my daughter spend the night at someones house unless I inspect their comptuers first. Hopefully they have a wireless network I can tap into.

Drove by a a house one time and my laptop said wireless network found which is odd at 40mph it was called Linksys which is what most Wireless Networks that are left on default say or Netgear or D-Link. And the passwords to access the router are either admin, password, 1234, pass really easy because those are the default passwords. This dude or gal had all their Quicken Files shared and unprotected I could have had full access to their bank account #'s.

I just begin to wonder why people don't take the 30 mins or so to read the manual. Probably could make a decent buck securing a Wirless Network mine is protected with a randomly generated 128-bit WEP Key that is changed every 6 days because I read in theory someone with a supercomputer could figure out a 128-bit key in 7 days so I just made it six to be safe. Mac Address just let's me access the network.

I also get an e-mail wherever I am sent to me and my cell phone if someone even tries to access the network and fails at the password more then once.

So secure wireless network. And if the sick fuck staring at his younger daughters friends I hope you die I would like to pull my future catapult up to your house launch a boulder. I hope your wife finds out and get totally gang raped in a divorice.

Catapult Update

Now that I have been talking about this idea more and more it seems more and more people like to hear about it. The reactions I have been getting from Males is as follows.

Male1:"Dude that is fucking awesome"
Male2:"That would be Sick"

Or variances of that

Females don't seem to be as supportive of the idea.

Female1:"Umm Tristan only you would get an idea like this"
Female2:"Okay Gallagher" (Thanks Kacey lol)
Female3:"What is a Catapult" (Sarah and Stephanie)
Female4:"Don't get arrested"

The last one got me thinking we probably shouldn't have a launch party somewhere where the public can view this. I talked to the Big A of the Adam and he said his parents owned some waterfront property and would gladly let us do something like this.

Now I am not the only one crazy enough to do this. There is a punkin chunkin competion where catapult people launch pumpkins as far as they can and what they come up with is pretty awesome. And seems to be quite a following with this so what I would be doing isn't really new but would be new to this area. http://www.worldchampionshippunkinchunkin.com/main.htm so that makes me not feel like such an idiot for having this idea some of the videos on that website are a bit insane.

Here are some more Catapult/Trebuchet Links I have been looking at.
http://www.middelaldercentret.dk/acta.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trebuchet
http://www.siege-engine.com/CatapultGeekCalculator.shtml (This Site will do the math for you)

So many Pumpkins and Watermelons in the world and I get to destroy a few by launching them as far as I can into Puget Sound. Geek Factor? 10!

gMail Accounts

Between doing research for the catapults and work and playing some World of Warcraft and working on e-mails and working on the website and blogging and working on Ollie's new CD and getting ready for Darin's Visit and Shopping and the Holiday and Getting Andrea's Pictures and so on and so on.

I wanted to take a minute to say if anyone wants the famous 1GB Account of gMail http://gmail.google.com presented from the wonderful company known as google who hosts this Blog and one of my e-mail accounts I was given 6 invites to pass out. I seem to get these every time I pass out all my invites. The most invites I had to pass out was 12. So if anyone would like a gMail Account please hit up my e-mail address tristan.pipo@gmail.com or my other account Tristan@siriusdude.com and I will hit you back with an invite just say you need an invite and let me know who you are.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

And I hope you enjoyed this Post # 188

Post 188

Well today I had a bizarre idea. I was at work and I thought what would it be like to have a catapult. But a search on Wiki brought this up Catapult But on there most catapults were built at the site of a seige so that will rule out any midnight attacking because I would be sawing wood I would rather push the catapult with a few guys and have it make a squeak Squeak sound.

I took my idea to a friend of mine who is a policeman and asked him about any legal issues I would have about building a catapult or pushing it down the streets at midnight. He said other then the fact it would be very easy to get some people calling the cops it wouldn't break any laws to build, own, or push one down the streets. So I am good on that. But then I got to thinking what would I do with this catapult. But what does anybody do with such a crazy idea. What about that guy who used tarps to pull himself around a field? Tarping

Then what pratical use would I have for a catapult was a thought that I pondered well it's basically used to send a projectile a long distance at a fast rate to destroy something else. But why destroy something? What about playing some serious 500 Football or something. Then seeing how far you could launch a person perhaps. I have never read about anyone dying because of a catapult. Then I thought what if I were to hurl boulders into puget sound via catapult creating some killer splashes.

Hmmm let's see if this goes anywhere.

Saturday & Sunday

Went up to my sisters house and spent the night up there with her and Deanna her roommate and we went to go see Spanglish with a friend of theirs named "Jayme" not sure on the correct spelling of that. But it was the second time for me seeing the movie. I went to go see it with Kacey on Friday she didn't like it but I like James L. Brooks and his film. Mainly As Good As it Gets so I figured that it would be as good.

It was a great film I thought but not sure I liked it as much as As Good as it Gets. But it was nice to talk with my sis and Deanna don't get to see them so much anymore. We talked a lot about that wonderful amazing person ;-). She leaves for Chicago tomorrow and will be really hard only knowing her a week and her leaving till Feb. But good things come to those who wait. I am willing to wait for her.

What is it with me and tall girls and some connection to the midwest. LoL.

Oh well I can say that she is all the things that I have wanted and someone that I just share an amazing connection with that I haven't had in the past. Been a long time waiting for something like this. Man I wonder what I have had on the brain for the past few weeks.

Well now on Winter Break from school. All homework is turned on and nothing is due until Jan 9th. I got 4 VB Programs to write and a little math. I like the challenge that this new school offers over my past one. The online class experience is a little odd though. Kinda feel like I am always cheating because Google is always at my fingertips. Which Blogger is a Subcompany of Google.

Anyways HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

Thinking

Been in an odd mood. I have been watching Lost in Translation, As Good As It Gets, Say Anything. Some of my favorite Romance Films it seems that bond between two people grows stronger with each passing day. It's kinda weird feeling that I haven't felt in a long time. I am just currently waiting to see what happens but everyday it seems I grow closer and fonder of that person and nothing has excited me more then seeing the little mail icon turn read up in the upper right hand corner of the Finder Window next to my Wireless Connection then Bluetooth then Sound Volume then the Clock then battery life.

Thai Food and Techno Live on Forever.

And this is post # 188 pt 4582098 But my Blogger Profile still says 188. But it's on Jon's Blog and he uses Blogspot so doesn't make me think what's up so much.

*Hugs To that One Person Out There*

I love having my laptop with me and then I drive across the street and steal free Wireless Internet from the coffee shop. Mwa ha ha then I can do all the evil things I normally do on the internet while I am on a lunch break go back to work and be like yeah I checked my e-mail on my lunchbreak. I could do it on my cell phone but why? On that tiny screen when I can just use my laptop mwa haha. Now only if I had a bluetooth cell phone ;-) Darn Sprint.

A few Great People

You ever just talk to someone and realize wow a connection. I had that the other day. Been a while since I have had a real one of those with anyone. You only get a short time on this earth and it's great when you meet a person you really connect with. I was lucky enough to experience that the other day.

According to the Blogger.com Homepage I have 188 posts. But it has said that for months and months. I think they need to update that because I would like to know how many I have to date because I am sure it's more then 200 by now.

Search Engine Results

I noticed some people are coming here looking for the Tara Reid Nipple Slip. It's been the one of the most recent search on how people find this site. On Google and Yahoo But hey whatever people floats their boat.

But hey whatever sells maybe I should put pictures of beautiful woman on here. Because I can't really tell who visits the site more. Men or Woman but I doubt most of my guy friends visit the site and probably a collection of lovely young ladies hit the site more then guys.

Also I hope everyone enjoys my new sign at the top. I am really tracking you now. =)

Oh well Welcome Everyone to my Blog. I am Tristan Pipo and I Blog Here so you can.

Stuff that I Get all the Time

I was getting dressed this morning and I looked at Some products that I get on a regular basis ever since I have been able to. And stuff that I always use and have tried different things but I always go back to them.

I have always used Right Guard Deoderant. There are a few times where a store wouldn't have the scent I liked so I would get Gillette at times. There was a period in High School that I used Old Spice but I have always gone back to Right Guard.

Miracle Whip. Screw Mayo.

Those are the only two products I have purchased always and never really switch from. I don't know why I thought to post this. It's my Blog. I blog it so you don't have to.

Not that you would want to BlogThis! But you might if you have the GoogleToolbar ;-)

Santa is Dead

This is the typical thing I would find really funny all these facts showing that Santa Claus does not exist. Pink Blob of Goo for Santa. Happy Holidays =)

There are approximately two billion children (persons under 18) in the world. However, since Santa does not visit children of Muslim, Hindu, Jewish or Buddhist (except maybe in Japan) religions, this reduces the workload for Christmas night to 15% of the total, or 378 million (according to the population reference bureau). At an average (cencus) rate of 3.5 children per household, that comes to 108 million homes, presuming there is at least one good child in each.

Santa has about 31 hours of Christmas to work with, thanks to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, assuming east to west (which seems logical). This works out to 967.7 visits per second. This is to say that for each Christian household with a good child, Santa has around 1/1000th of a second to park his sleigh, hop out, jump down the chimney, fill the stocking, distribute the remaining presents under the tree, eat whatever snacks have been left for him, get back up the chimney, jump into the sleigh and get onto the next house.

Assuming that each of these 108 million stops is evenly distributed around the earth (which, of course, we know to be false, but will accept for the purposes of our calculations), we are now talking about 0.78 miles per household; a total trip of 75.5 million miles, not counting bathroom stops or breaks. This means that Santa's sleigh is moving at 650 miles per second, 3000 times the speed of sound. For purposes of comparison, the fastest man made vehicle, the Ulysses space probe, moves at a poky 27.4 miles per second, and a conventional reindeer can run (at best) 15 miles per hour.

The payload of the sleigh adds another interesting element. Assuming that each child gets nothing more than a medium sized LEGO set (two pounds), the sleigh is carrying over 500 thousand tons, not counting Santa himself.

On land, a conventional reindeer can pull no more than 300 pounds. Even granting that the "flying" reindeer can pull 10 times the normal amount, the job can't be done with eight or even nine of them---Santa would need 360,000 of them. This increases the payload, not counting the weight of the sleigh, another 54,000 tons, or roughly seven times the weight of the Queen Elizabeth (the ship not the monarch).

600,000 tons travelling at 650 miles per second creates enormous air resistance - this would heat up the reindeer in the same fashion as a spacecraft re-entering the earth's atmosphere. The lead pair of reindeer would absorb 14.3 quintillion joules of energy per second each. In short, they would burst into flames almost instantaneously, exposing the reindeer behind them and creating deafening sonic booms in their wake. The entire reindeer team would be vaporised within 4.26 thousandths of a second, or right about the same time that Santa reached the fifth house on his trip.

Not that it matters, however, since Santa, as a result of accelerating from a dead stop to 650 m.p.s in 0.001 seconds, would be subjected to acceleration forces of 17,000 g's. A 250 pound Santa (which seems ludicrously slim) would be pinned to the back of the sleigh by 4,315,015 pounds of force, instantly crushing his bones and organs and reducing him to a quivering blob of pink goo. Therefore, if Santa did exist, he's dead now. Merry Christmas.

F*&^*$# FCC

I was watching Forrest Gump and watching some parts and just reminded how much the FCC is controlling the media so much now. They can't show a penis, vagina, breast, ass. It's not alllowed on any channel that anyone can access. Even Cable is censored. Except for channels like HBO.

Even radio is censored now. That is why resources like XM and Sirius are going to take off. That is why the King of all Media Howard Stern is going to make the largest move of anyone by going to Satellite Radio.

We have all these morons with children they want to shelter because their parents treated them like shit we have all these little kids who can't even think for themselves. They all say we are a bi product of our parents. I notice this when I look at children. Kids always seem to believe what their parents tell them or force feed them.

My parents are somewhat religous but they never really explained anything to me. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the freedom to think for themselves. But being the logical person that I am I never found a good thought about religon. I always just viewed it as a way to control people. To put people under one place and force them to think a certain way. But these religous people who are being controlled by a sensation or a feeling they think is a higher power have the final say of what we hear and see on TV or Radio.

I don't know why I am posting this I guess I was just mad at something. Oh well

Blog Tweak

Well to make the side bar a bit more organized Blogs have their own little section underneath links just so people know what they are and if they would like to get listed. I will be adding more shortly for the next code update. Also made the code a bit more streamlined with the Blogger.com Engine hopefully the changes on the end user side will be a good one.

If you would like to have your blog added let me check it out either post in the comments or send me an e-mail Tristan.PIpo@gmail.com

Christmas Song

Well I was driving home and had the XM Radio going on XM channel 23 which is Currently Holly. They played a Christmas Song that I had never heard before. It was Last Christmas by Jimmy Eat World I thought it was a lot better then the WHAM! version but if you would like to check it out click on iTunes and you can preview it or even buy it if you would like.

Last Christmas

Life Update

Well it's been a while since I talked a little about myself been a little in touch with WoW.

School
-Well I started my 2nd Quarter and with my old Ivy Tech Credits I got this quarter knocked down from 5 classes to 2. PC Programming and Math. Rock on for Me. My Programming Teacher doesn't exactly know english to well. He couldn't pronounce algorithm which kinda scares me. But me and Alexis and Zack were all in the same classes last quarter so we kick it.

Work
-Bah. ;-)

Thanksgiving
-Went to my Grandma's as we all know her as the all mighty Bram. It was Me, Alex, Rachel (Kelly's Daughter Not my Sister), Kelly, Bram, Aunt Beth, Uncle Steve, Grandpa John. And we had Turkey and did the normal family discussion of politics and life and school. My sister, Deanna, Mom and Danny could not come to Bram's Turkey day because they were going to my Step Sister's Thanksgiving in her new house out in Port Orchard or something I am not exactly sure where she lives.

Friends
-Well lets see here Preston is with whatever girl he is with now. I can never keep up with that dude he always has someone new and I just kinda put their names in the random preston file. Ollie and Sonya that is always a topic that's up in the air. They would be really good together but oh well as it always seems with me and Ollie we always meet girls that we hit it off with and then all of a sudden they want to take it slow and we can never really figure out why.
-Me, Preston and Ollie got together and made a stupid 2 min short film when we had a few Pyramid Snow Caps which is a Holiday Beer that is really dark and really potent for beer 7% by Volume. It is a great little piece that will end up on the Holiday DVD. (Did I mention I love my Mac Laptop)

Single
-Been Single for an entire year now. I must say that it has been a lot of fun but their are things that I miss about being in a relationship with someone for any good deal of time. I think the general feel for everyone since we are all single is that we are all a bit alone.
