2 Months of Gym
There are two posts that I wanted to do today. I got this e-mail from a lady named Joanna saying she has been reading my blog for a few months now and what a typical internet experience for me was. That will be an interesting post I will say the least. Kinda blow the casual internet user away. ;-) But 2 months of working out was far more exciting to me anyways.
Well today is the 2month anniversary that I started going to the gym. So lets look at some things. When I first started the max I could benchpress is 95lbs (Lame Yes I know) But not I maxed out at 195lbs today, did that twice so that was a big hell yes. I have noticed this kind of improvement all around on every exercise.
But the greatest part is everything is getting tighter. Arms, Chest, Shoulders, Back, Legs, Ass, Abs. I have upped how much cardio I do. I used to bike 2-3miles at 3-4 Resistance. Now I am at 7-8miles at 9-10 Resistance. Me and Nick are currently planning a mountain biking trip hopefully we can hit that up in August or September before the weather gets bad.
I have had this back idea of doing a marathon just to do it. But most of them you have to pay to enter and it's like $50-$100 for charity to run. But the fact of this was that I actually could do it when before I doubt I could have ever done such a task.
My energy has been out of control you know how nice it is to wake up at 7am and just get right of bed and just feel great?
I know most of the hardcore blog readers are like not the gym crap again. Hey I have kept it on back burner for a while just wanted to celebrate this accomplishment of 2 months. It's been my new addiction I go to work and then just think about how great I am going to feel working out and getting any of that negative energy burned away in calories.
My diet has changed also. My latest cravings have been Watermelon and Milk I can't get enough bizarre I know. I will sit there and like eat half a watermelon for Dinner and then have a glass of 1% milk. Protien Bars, Stir Fry, Vitamin Water, Subway, Salads are the best thing in the world now.
To anyone that ever had the thought of you wouldn't stick to it, Or Yeah Right. It's been quite a joy showing how wrong you were. ;-) Not that I can think of any of my friends that thought that. They have been nothing but supportive. I love you guys and gals for that. Anyways Thanks for stopping By,
=) Tristan Pipo

We visitors are party to the things that make you happy. You owe no obligation to post what we like or want to see. As a young man your obligation is to pursue happiness for yourself.
That seems to be going well, which makes us happy as well.
Watermelon and milk?
I HAVE to try that :)
