Okay from how I read this is that it would work out something like this. Every country would probably split off and start their own internet and this could in turn lets say if I go to Europe and type in Google.com I could get something totally different then if I was in the US. Why do they always have to mess with stuff that is just fine the way it is.

Then I also see where this could be used as control where we could be monitored what we do online all the time. I just see this is bad all around for everyone. But that's what the current president is. Bad for everyone.
