XM Comedy vs Sirius Raw Dog

Okay this is the SiriusDude.com Blog by Tristan Pipo but you can access this via www.xmdude.com/blogger but I was looking for this comedy bit by some unkown comedian where he goes to a party and he talks about how life should be more like movies where you could break out in song randomly at any time. And goes into this awesome bit about being called Rif Raff and goes off on this Aladdin bit.

So I sent off an e-mail to XM Comedy and Sirius Raw Dog Comedy. This is just a comparison of the services customer support.

XM Comedy didn't send me an e-mail the Program Director Joel Hass over at XM called my cell phone and we tried to look for it and we talked about XM and how the commercials are kinda taking over XM Comedy. I then talked to him about a few issues I had and they took that into consideration. Then we talked about the Tom Leykis show boys night out.

It's not to often you get personalized service that they actually call you thanking you for your feedback.

My Sirius Response went like this.

It was totally canned from a Customer Service Rep that had no clue what I was talking about and it will probably be passed along into no where. I love my Sirius but the customer service has never done anything to impress me. XM keeps making me think no wonder they are #1 I mean with personalized support that I had been offered was amazing. He could have just sent me an e-mail that was totally canned but he took the time to make a phone call and let me know he was working on finding it and would get back to me.

I am a SiriusBackstage.com Moderatoro and Love Sirius Satellite Radio but XM Customer Service is a lot better. Well The DJ feedback is better on XM then on Sirius.
