Well I took all the screenshots I needed today. Had to do it twice forgot to sign out of my account. =).

iTunes 4.9 Review

Well I promised this but I failed to deliver. Soon as I got done at the gym I talked to Nick in the parking lot for a bit went home changed clothes checked e-mail. I e-mailed this template guy with some examples of code that I didn't understand as of yet no response. I passed a preview onto my HTML Goddess and she was like do a complete rewrite cause this template is pure code hell. I think I should meet up with her show her the code but only time will tell.

Some parts of this template are basic but others I have to think WTF was this person thinking. index-1.html WTF!

But anyways then I made the journey over to Adam's to show him some WoW Video's and showed off Tiger to his wife and then just chilled with his three sons came home and writing this excuse of why the iTunes 4.9 review isn't done. Well I need to get screen captures and so forth to get this thing going. But it will happen ASAP.

We'll shoot for tomorrow.

Did some Archery Today

First try at archery score for me :)

Guess i just had beginners luck :(

World of Warcraft Murloc at E3

Now as most people know I play World of Warcraft on occasion but it's not really so much anymore. I have been playing since Beta and had a level 60 Human Paladin in beta named Khalim I played on Test Server.

Since it was released on November 23rd I have played my little Dwarf Warrior named Donn on Frostwolf he is at level 47. I have my Undead Mage on Tichondrius named Durt who is level 35 and I have a Dwarf Priest on Ethran Ring who is at level 14. Since that's the only way I can talk to Darin.

But anyways there is a gentelman named Tristan Pope. Who plays on Lightning's Blade a low population PVP server. But he got to go to E3 and he runs a website called Crafting World's and he made this video of his trip to E3 where he made a stuffed plush murloc. Video's and it is a large download tops out at 600MB or so. He goes around with this Murloc interviewing people. For a lot of laughs.

But anyways the amazing part that I found was at the end. During the credits this little screen came up.

You can click that picture for a larger version. Had to make it blogger friendly. How cool another Tristan with almost my same name. Tristan Pipo , Tristan Pope pretty close ;-) Both have the alias of godfather in World of Warcraft but on different servers.

Anyways thought I would share this cause I thought it was cool. And you know what it's my Blog! So I can do whatever the hell I want. ;-)

Today 1st Day of Summer

How did I celebrate the first day of summer? Well simple woke up took a shower chatted with Preston a bit. Went to work. On my lunch break I solved a probem with my other job. CenturyTel provides the DSL service for this coffee shop I setup. The owner paid for the StaticIP so we could provide WiFi for the users there. But I think since this company is based out of the Bayou they must have been out skinning the swamp folk and thinking foosball is the devil because they didn't give us a Static IP. So I get all this crap from HotSpotZZ and this coffee shop about how nobody can see each other when it's all the fault of this stupid company that provides DSL and Phone to this coffee shop. Hopefully that is going to be fixed tomorrow. Since the owner likes to kick some major ass and get this fixed soon. Anyways finished work.

Called up the Jason and we were off to the gym. I was in a decent amount of pain today. Arms are were hurting so I did legs and back today. It's weird having a firm chest just have to work on the tummy now. And get some tone in the arms going. Stomach is getting flatter though the roundness is going away.

So after the gym me and Jason wanted some Chai. So we went to the closest place which was Hot Shots Java so played a game of cribbage my first time playing I got as the younger generation says "0WN3D" but it was good to learn a new game. I still need to learn Gin, Rummy or Gin Rummy. But anyways. Came home had some dinner checked some e-mail and just had a decent day.

Hopefully tomorrow will be as smooth and I can work on Arms and Chest again tomorrow. Tomorrow is Wed ugh. Then school Thursday and Friday.

What to Blog About?

Well what could I blog about? I could talk about how awesome this weekend was, How Summer Classes are Going, The Gym.

Well let's start with the most recent. The Gym.

It has been two days since I went so me and Jason went today and I totally kicked my ass. Which is good. It's kinda weird looking down at my arms and flexing and thinking wow I have some guns now. But I got a compliment today. There is this lady that is there pretty frequently and she looked at me and said "Your ass has gotten smaller, Nice Work" how do you respond to that other then Thank You. It's nice that results are being noticed. I get compliments on losing weight frequently used to be once and a while now it's daily. So I must be doing something right.

Sorry I talk about they gym to much. =)

Let's see weekened run down. Let's start with Thursday.

Thursday- Got up at 6am went to work. Worked from 7-2:30 then got in the car and drove to school went to school from 5:30-10:30 had my Windows 2003 Server Class. Everybody always bashes the Mac and they talk about using them back when it was Mac OS 7.1 or a relic of 5.0 maybe. OS X 10.4 Tiger is totally different now shut up Mac Haters. Most people that bash them have never really used them. It's like the constant debate on Satellite Radio which is better. XM or Sirius? I have both and I like them both for different reasons. I just prefer Sirius a bit more. Just like I prefer the Mac a bit more.

Friday - Got up at 6am went to work from 7:30-3 and then had to go get parents tax info for school paperwork but they didn't have it. WTF keep your life organized. Anyways that whole crap made me 40 mins late for my Linux Server Administration Class. Now this class they appreciate the Mac for it's UNIX and FreeBSD background. Rock for a smart class. Got out of class called Ally Preston's Girlfriend and she was like Dude Where are you I was like Chill Ally just relax. She said Dude Peace Out. I said OMG ROXORS!!!... Sorry had a 13 year old Net Speak flashback. She gave me some directions to a party in West Seattle it was a Costume Party I didn't have time to dress up but was at this Coast Guard Guy's house and met this cool guy named Randall Ally and Preston's Friend and chilled out. Met this girl named Heather she was cool had a few good laughs. Then I got to meet her boyfriend. Blah lol Then went back to Preston's Appartment and crashed.

Saturday - Woke up about 7am and tried to hack the wireless networks. Preston lives right across the street from Microsoft The Airport found like 12 wireless networks. I found one named Linksys and it was golden. I love routers that are still setup default from the factory. So much easier to hack into and destroy! So then we all got dressed and I had to stop at Safeway and got this Sobe Lean Peach Tea that was good stuff and some Claritn get rid of the allergies from Preston's Cats and then we had to go from Redmond to West Seattle Again so we took 520 to I-5 which was a stupid move. Took us 2hrs to get throgh traffic . They took I-5 from 5 lanes southbound to 1 lane on a Saturday WTF! After that it was smooth sailing. So we went down to Orting Me, Ally, Preston and Randall and went to April's house. Was tired as hell and I fell asleep and I guess I was talking in my sleep. Then we watched Fraggle Rock (SCORE!) then we went to this bar. Pitchers of Fat Tire and Mack N Jack were $5 that was a score. I got royally drunk and we were singin some Koarake had an awesome time. I actually danced and had a good time. Confidence from Working out Cause that I think. Jason and Olliei showed up hella late but anyways then we went home and crashed it was like a slumber party. Me, Preston, Ally, April, Randall, Jason, Ollie all sleeping in the living room of April's house.

Sunday AKA Fathers Day - Well got up at 8:45 for a total of 6hrs of sleep and asked Jason if he wanted to ride with me or Ollie. So we got dressed got some shitty ass directions from April's Mom that were confusing as hell so we just took the simple way even though it may have been longer. Orting Way to Pioneer. Pioneer to 512. 512 to I-5 N she wanted us to go through downtown Tacoma. Screw That. We stopped at Safeway and then Subway and got on the road. Got home took a shower changed clothes went to Sergei's and hung out with him and Nick. Good to see Nick. Then went to Silverdale and met my sister and ran some errands before took my dad out to dinner. Came home and just chilled.

There is the weekend in a compressed text form. But anyways sorry for the lack of updates hope everyone had a good fathers day. Keep it amazing. Let's hear about your weekend. Comments are for everyone. Anyone can comment =)

Confidence

Okay was at the gym today doing this thing called Super Sets which totally kill you but best for bulking up. In Arnold's Guide to Body Building he says to lose weight effectively you need to build muscle first which burns nearly double the calories at rest per hour over fat. So this has been working great so far. But anyway back to Confidence.

There is this incredibly beautiful young lady that I though I recognized and today I was like I am going to talk to her. Being an incredibly beautiful woman that she is normally I would never have the balls to even say "Hi" but I was walking by and said "Hey are you ?" She smiled and was like "Yeah your Tristan right?" and Had a short conversation about what we had done since Graduating and this is not something I would normally do being shy. But losing weight and toning up it's like I have this incredible high that anything can be done now. She also was saying that she has seen that I have been losing weight. Maybe I should swing by her work order a coffee or something. Work out clothes are not exactly who I am all the time lol.

But anyways just wanted to share something positive since that has been me recently positive. And hope everyone is well.

Happy Energy Today

There is a lot to talk about today. But I really don't feel like typing it all out. I tried the audioblogging # but kept getting a busy signal so it's like curses! Plans are destroyed again.

Today is just like one of those amazing days. I've been working out 6 days a week for 2-3hrs a day for the past three weeks and the results are just amazing. Here is a small bulleted list to point some of them out.

  • More Self Confidence

  • Which Causes Higher Self Esteem

  • More Energy

  • Better Posture

  • I've Nearly Lost that Double Chin Turkey Neck Thing

  • Smaller Pants

  • Shyness is going away

  • Got hit on by 2 girls today

  • More Stamina

  • Being Able To Run

  • More Strength

  • Which Causes Firmer Handshakes and those always seem to get more Respect

  • I Smile a lot more

  • I wake up energetic and ready to go in the morning

  • Dieting is No Problem Anymore

  • Things are getting Firmer

  • Man Boobs Going Away

  • I Get Compliments Now

  • And the List Goes On.....

Starting to work out was probably one of the best decisions I have ever had. It was my new years resolution and finally put the wheel in motion. 2005 has been the greatest year I have had in a long time. The best on record that I can think of and it's only half over. If things keep going the way they have been I can only imagine or dream what will happen next.

But anyways let's see I worked today and then got off work and drove out to Coastal Coffee and had to fix the cash register. Some reason it wasn't sending all the right bits to the serial port so I had to have it send the character "7" 25 times at 9600 baud and it worked great. =)

I always enjoy the talks I have with Serge and Sherry. Today the topic was me and how I have been going through this change over the past couple weeks. All these changes are coming because I have made all the effort to put them into motion myself. I was watching this TV show called Made the other day on MTV and these people want to change something about their lives and it's an hour of them complaining over 30-40 days or whatever it is that the changes are not happening overnight. Well Rome wasn't built in a day is seeming to hold true.

Some people say I am pushing myself to hard but with results you get addicted and you want to keep your results and get more so you just keep going to the gym. I feel like I have inspired some other people to go. Ollie, Jason and Hans mostly. But they are working out also. I think Me and Nick are pretty hardcore into it. I can always count on him to go everyday. Today Serge came and showed us what a real workout is. Nick's girlfriend came today she didn't seem to into it but hey always good to see her she seems cool.

But it's like I flex my arms now and Yeah and w00t. I feel like life is going where I want it to now. I am not sitting around expecting something good to happen I am working to make it happen. And these results are all me. That feeling is just amazing.

The diet has changed from ehh that tastes good and is easy to. Salad, Vegetables, Steak, PorkChops, StirFry, Protien Shakes. Its just great better diet, working out I am turning into who I want to be not what I dream to be. What I dream is just a dream it's not reality. I am making reality happen for me by making the necessary changes in my life to become a better Tristan Pipo.

But anyways my new favorite drink is a Yerba Maté Chai Sugar Free Irish Cream Latté it's my new vice it's one of the best drinks ever. Or a Vanilla Chai Latté from Hot Shots Java. I suggest you get addicted to them No Caffeine in those and they just perk you up and give you this amazing natural feeling of being full of energy with no crash afterwards.

It's also blowing some peoples minds turning down food. I turned down Garlic Bread and said to many carbs. WTF that is something I have never said. But have no problem saying that now. Soda has been cut out for the most part I had some the other day at Fresh Foody with Jason but switched to Water.

I could go on for hours about this. lol

Saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith and it was okay a lot of Ka-Boom's and some good action but the story was like eh. Two people lied to each other and then discovered that oh wait we are after each other. Crap we can't kill each other so what do we do? Fuck each others brains out then some other group that wanted them to kill each other comes to kill them they get pissed off and kill them. Can't say I was a super fan but eh it was decent.

But anyways still need to go see Cinderella Man. I get excuses it's a movie about boxing I don't care about boxing.. It is the American Story a guy has a family and he wants to do everything possible to provide for them and still remember who he is. Sounds like the makings for a great Drama and lots of Academy Award Nominations. Sarah M. said it was good and Jake said it was good. I trust Jake since he is almost as into movies as I am. So he is been right on the button for every movie he has recommended.

But anyways I think I have talked enough today. =) More Tomorrow Probably.

How to Communicate

Well read three chapters in this book the ones on Body Language and Expressing yourself. A lot to learn I will re-read the body language one. It was fairly long and a lot to comprehend.

The expressing yourself one talked a lot about being direct. Because people won't understand you otherwise which is pretty much common sense. But I have trouble doing this with topics that I am worried about but I hint around them and try to avoid being direct. Or I tend to channel my expressions through a 3rd Party and the book says avoid that because your not being direct and if that 3rd Party tells the other person it may not be delivered like you should have done it and could mess things up.

But I tend to be afraid to be direct cause I am either trying to proect myself from being hurt or avoiding hurting someone else. But I would rather be told straight up to avoid confusion. But I can't seem to do that myself unless confronted but this book says to avoid that.

I am thinking you get one chance at life and should just be direct and clear. It's good advice but if I don't take it what good is it. I sometimes worry that I lose a lot of opportunties because of reasons like this. But this book also had this to say "No one wants to hear about your anger, disappointment or even your love secondhand"

See has lots of good advice and ways to put it into play. I just need to finish it. =)

Today!

Well today let's see woke up checked some e-mail responded to Jayme's Question. I am sure I could have thought up some more stuff to type but had to get to work.

Went to work. I feel like work has just been shitty I have no motivation to do anything there anymore. I have found that going to the gym is something productive and I like the feeling after I get done working out. So what do I do? I take all that negative energy that builds up at work and I go sweat it out.

But anyways got done at work. Went home changed clothes and then went to go get my haircut but there was an hour wait for my favorite lady so I was like sweet time to get some Chai. So I called Jason and was like dude we will have to go to the gym at 7 instead of 6ish because of the haircutting situation you want to go to Austin and Chase Coffee and try some of their Chai. So I went over there by myself casue Jason is a lazy f'tard. And I must say out of the 4 places I have tried Vanilla Chai Tea's. Hot Shots Java has the best. I am sorry to say it but they do. Sorry Serg and Sherry. =(

Then I was like wait I have some more time so I went to KFC and saw my friend Olivia and gave her crap about never having 12 biscuits to buy. That is one thing me and Kacey share is a KFC biscuit obession. I also love the cole slaw there. Biscuits and Cole Slaw I could be happy.

One thing with this working out thing is eating protien I am finding it hard to find enough protein to consume during the day. I have been eating Odwalla Super Protien Bars since they were on sale for 99 copper. (Nerd Joke) But if I would just eat those for protien I would have to eat 10-12 of those a day and that is a lot for protien. And they are not that good.

So went got my haircut she did it right this time which was "schweet" then I met Jason and Ollie and we kicked our asses for 2hrs working out. I finally braved the treadmill today most of the time I stick to the bikes or this natural motion for some cardio but if I keep it at like 7-9mph I do pretty good. Jason does it at like 11mph. Did some squats and all kinds of other stuff today. The leg machines I can do the max weight on so I have to do like 2-3x the amount of reps at max weight before I get any kind of burn.

Now I came home thought I would check the e-mail. Write in the blog. Send me some more questions to answer =). And off to soak in a hot tub for a little while. That is a quick little update on Today.

Peace Out Home Slices.

Also stay tuned I am working on this project with a friend that should take this blog to a whole new level. =)

Tristan's Blog: About Me: Jayme's Question

I got this e-mail this morning.
"Okay then, since you are letting people ask you questions, What is your idea of the ideal girl? Now I’m not talking about looks only, I’m talking about the whole package. I’ll let you stew on that one. If that’s too personal or too hard for you to answer then answer me this; What is your all-time favorite song? I’ll talk to you later cutie. ~Jayme"

Let me take a stab at this one. My ideal girl would have a lot of positive adjectives about her the ones that I like the most are Smart, Good Listner (Because I tend to ramble about a lot of things and have been told that I have gone off on some tangents that are annoying), Appreciates my sense of Humor, Knows how to laugh, Isn't afraid to be herself, Enjoys Thai Food, A girl who honestly wants to be with me because I know how to make her smile and feel better about herself when nobody else can, A girl who is reliable, Someone who is honest even if honesty hurts, I tend to get some wild and bizarre ideas like had this idea for a smoke detector that could change the world a girl who would be supportive of the idea but also laugh with me about it when it never takes place or if it does take shape well Sweet, Basically a girl who likes me for who I am and when we are together we do a lot of =).

All time favorite song well according to the top of the page it's Jack Johnson - Better Together. But all time #1 song of all time. That is a tough one because it changes frequently. I would have to say that the song that has the most playtime in my ears is Metallica - Enter Sandman but narrowing it down to a #1 song I can't say that I have one.

Thanks for the Question.

If you have a question you would like to ask about me or about anything I will do my best to answer it for you. Thank you for stopping by. If you would like to have your question answered feel free to either e-mail me (My e-mail is on the link on the side of the page) If you are to lazy to tilt your head a few degrees to the right my e-mail is Tristan.Pipo@gMail.com or please post your question here Tristan's About Me Question Page

Random Quiz Time

Well I took the What OS Quiz are you and I got Mac OS X. Suprise Suprise.

So I decided to take what file extension are you quiz. Here are my results

What File Extension Are you Quiz

Here is something a bit random.

I get more compliments on my hair when I make no active effort to style it in anyway just get out of the shower and just run my fingers through it and I get more I love your hair then if I make an effort to do anything.

Also three people asked me if I have been losing weight. Thank you Gym!

=)

Apple WWDC 2005

Well I just watched the 1hr 2 min KeyNote from the WWDC 2005 in Cali. I was a bit suprised to read some rumors in WSJ, /., C|Net, Wired that Apple would be making the switch from PowerPC Processors which I use now (G4 and G5) to Intel Processors. But then I viewed this as kinda of a good thing with the demo's of how everything was working.

iTunes 4.9 will have podcasting support right to my iPod which is awesome! I saw they had Sirius up there for setting up Podcasting so Sirius will be on my iPod? One can only hope.

Anyway back to the big switch from PowerPC to Intel. Well I was like well shit me on a PowerPC will have to upgrade everything to take advantage of this or will I be left in the dark. Well it's a simple switch xCode 2.1 will have a button what system do you want to develop for. You can check PowerPC and Intel and create what is called a universal binary which will work with both systems. Which is beyond f'n cool.

From the demo everything worked all the software. That I use on a regular basis my questions have to deal with Final Cut Studio, DVD Studio Pro how well will they work. I am finding that Apple is doing the smart thing everytime they are taking what people say about them and finding a way to improve.

Apple has been doing a lot like I have been doing. They find something that they could better and find a way to get that on the right path. Some reason I feel it would be one of those companies I would be right at home at.

Now poeple will look at microsoft and perhaps think they do that also. But Microsoft always tends to be a follower. They see what is being done and try to clone it and slap their corporate feces all over it and say they did it first or they did it better. MAC OS 9 and it's other brothers 8,7 etc I admit were not that great in my eyes. OS X is just amazing I used to think XP was the best Microsoft Product ever but kinda was just a facelift to Windows 95,NT,98,ME,2000, with new stuff like NTFS 5 and all kinds of other crap.

I can sit at OS X Tiger which I am running 10.4.1 and get work done and at a better pace because any piece of information is always a few mouse clicks away. If I need a calculator I press F12 and boom Dashboard comes up and there is my calculator. Unless I have a shortcut somewhere on Windows I have to click on Start mouse over to Accessories then Calculator.

Only reason that I like Windows is for Games, and Ethereal that's pretty much all I need and use Windows for anymore. But all this news at the WWDC is just awesome.

Apple announced that Leopard the next Mac OS X. Mac OS X 5 would be coming out at the end of 06 early 07 about the same time longhorn was coming out. I am interested to see where this will go as much as panther impressed me. And then when I saw Tiger how amazed I was by that. I am sure Leopard will do the same. =)

Amyway this is enough of this post. Smile Today.

Star Wars - Changing Movies

Well I figured I had to post this because of the joy of movies. I will pretty much watch any movie but Star Wars always has that feeling. It grabs you and doesn't let you go. First time I saw Star Wars when they released the trilogy the first time on THX Certified VHS.

Then in 1997 they re-released them in the movie theater that's when I got Star Wars. You sit down the lights dimmed and you see "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away" Then Boom "STAR WARS" the crawl and then a ship and then a huge ship that just went on forever. At that moment I was thinking this movie has it even after 28 years the movie still looks amazing can't say that about any other movie you see these days. Maybe Lord of the Rings will have that effect in 20 years.

Now I have expected that feeling from the prequals Episodes I-III and every time it has that beginning and it grabs you and doesn't let you go. Episode I destroyed itself with Jar Jar. Episode II was the cheesy love scenes. Episode III did an awesome job opens with this epic battle sequence and your just hooked and stay with it.

You have to have an attitude with movies that they are a directors way of expressing himself. That medium they choose to do it is film. But most films don't get what they need pretty much their are a few top directors that get to make the film they want. Pretty much all the start up directors are all limited by $$$ so most of the films we see don't have what they need. Or turn out to be just crap because they try to hard with special effects. The directors that take a chance always tend to make a better movie. Look at Sin City quit the Directors Guild just to put Frank Miller in the title and since he is on his own now he can pretty much take his movies where he wants. The popular directors get to do that.

Like in Lord of the Rings what makes this movie work is you believe that everything in there could happen and works. The Matrix the first one blew our minds away. It was the first movie in a long time I walked out the movie theater and saw the sun shining down on me. I thought is that sun real. Does the sun exist why does it work that way.

I go see movies for the experience. To see how the director and the writer want to bring their vision to life on the screen. I don't know where else I can see a moving picture with 5.1-7.1 Surround Sound on a huge screen. I would like to see every movie that comes out in the theater.

Not a real fan of going alone but I do pretty often because most people see a trailer and judge it by that and don't want to see it. There are a few movies I could live without seeing mostly kids movies because they follow the exact same story and just don't have an experience you just get to preview what future babysitting tool parents will be using in a few months.

I guess I just wanted to post this to just express myself about movies. That's why I have this blog to post what I want, how I want, when I feel like it. =)

Got this e-mail I Thought I would Share

I woke up this morning and say The Empress commented good to know she is on the fast track to feeling better. =)

But the more important idea was this e-mail that I thought Wow that is awesome.

Hey Dude, here is the rest of my message that your 300 character max limitations did not let me post.

Dude, this is your adopted friend Sergie!
I like your site very much - actually I think your comments are very intelligent and in depth. This applies to the whole page of blog. I also heard a subliminal message of loneliness and underappreciated talent. You can't imagine how much I feel keen with you on that. With one exception - loneliness in my opinion is a fulfillment, that overwhelms and uplifts oneself - but not being shared by others due to their limited life perceptions. So, I think that your ability to be heard and communicate are there - all you need is to adjust them to the frequency of the rest of common population. Because, I can understand you and it pleases me to be talking to you as equal. I have the same problem - just a bit older than you, so it gives me a bit more diplomacy in that. Not that I enjoy being diplomatic all the time - sometimes feels like smashing through the wall of people’s stupidity - BUT THEN AGAIN -WHO AM I TO JUDGE!
Now, of the subject - where the heck is my templet!
Ok, think about the work out and if you wish we can do some of it together. Like I said before - lot of these things I wished I had an opportunity to do with my son - but little dick did not care. It has been very sad and heartbreaking story of my life.
O, well it is time to stop boring you with my bullshit. GREAT SITE -GREAT THOUGHTS!
I am proud of you. Friend Sergey

Working Out v2

Well I got an addon workout buddy me and Hans. So I got hardcore Nick who likes to push to the limit and Hans that likes to play it casual so it was a good time.

I wanted to get a pair of workout pants today and so I went to Target, Ross, Wal-Mart, TJ-Max and none of them had anything so I just bought a pair of shorts at Wal-Mart in a smaller size then I normaly get. This working out thing why didn't I start out sooner. I have more energy more desire to do things. I was like what else can I improve I was thinking well I am shy and I would like to be able to communicate on a better level so I bought this book from Barnes and Nobel called "How to Communicate - The Ultimate Guide to improving your personal and professional realtionships (Third Edition)"

I must say it's a good book it's a lot of stuff I already knew but it takes that and makes it pratical on how to communicate and what body language means what and teaches you how to read people. Very Cool Stuff.

I would like to say Thank you to all my friends for supporting this recent trend. It's been a big help I can say that much. Nick and Hans have been really supporting this. Hans is a good guy I enjoy his company but anyways. Tomorrow is another gym day. Work on some Abs, Ass and Arms tomorrow ;-)

And a note to Kacey I hope you are feeling better haven't heard from you in almost a week and just wish you all the best. Smile Today.

Maybe I should get some pics. Ehh that involves buying a digital camera.

The Longest Yard

Well Hans called me up last minute and was like Tristan My Man what is up wanna catch a movie. I said sure he said what do you want to see. Well already did Star Wars Episode III Twice. And the only two films that I would care to see at this moment are the Longest Yard and Madagascar(Spelled Correct?).

Anyways so show up and we got the seats and I must say this movie has you laughing from minute one to the last one. It was like seeing Old School for the first time so funny. It's a remake of the old Burt Reynolds movie about guards vs inmates in a game of football. I was laughing so hard there was no real time to point out anything bad in this movie. Adam Sandler has had a lot of good films recently and this one delivered on all the levels I expected it to. The trailer gave a little to much away but left a lot to laugh about. At the end I was thinking this was like the Replacements but with an R Rating. And with Inmates instead of replacement players.

All and all I would say check it out. Cinderella Man comes out on Friday I am very interested in seeing this I have yet to see anything bad by Ron Howard. Maybe Apollo 13-2 But that is a different story.

There is no such thing as Apollo 13-2 all references to this false movie title were meant to be taken as a joke. If you thought that I was being serious well then ummm. Sorry to lie to you. =p

Picture of Blog

Now that I posted this I was thinking this is a pretty useless picture because you are already here and can already see the blog why do you need a crappy picture of it? But that is boredom at it's best taking a picture of a blog you are already at. ;-)

New Most Played Song!

Well looks like I finally pushed another Jack Johnson song up to the top. Better Together I have to credit Ashley for turning me onto this song I really like it. Maybe we can get that Axel F - Crazy Frog up to #1 iTunes has to have it in the music store though but this song Better Together has 45 plays close behind that is Sitting, Waiting, Wishing with 44 plays lol.

But also new month new song I guess. We also get June 2005 added to the archive. Sweet Times
